    OWNER & CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Chris Kreymer is driven by a mission that is both personal and deeply rooted in faith: to help people reclaim their health, restore their confidence, and return to the life they were created to live. His passion for chiropractic care began long before he entered the profession. As a collegiate athlete at East Texas Baptist University, he faced several severe injuries that nearly ended his football career. Chiropractic care restored shoulder function, dramatically improved neck mobility, and ultimately changed the direction of his life. It was during that season of healing that he knew he was called to become a chiropractor.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Kreymer completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. In March of 2017, he and his family took a leap of faith. They purchased what Kreymer Spine & Wellness is now, allowing him to build a practice centered on integrity, compassion, and evidence-based musculoskeletal care.

Early in his career, Dr. Kreymer experienced a life-altering setback of his own—a severe lower back disc herniation that left him bed-bound for an entire month. Although surgery was strongly recommended, he chose a different path: disciplined, conservative care and the same evidence-based treatments he now provides to his patients. That journey not only restored his mobility but also deepened his empathy, sharpened his clinical focus, and strengthened his belief in the body’s God-designed ability to heal.

Today, Dr. Kreymer specializes in treating disc herniations, chronic postural syndromes, and athletic injuries. His approach blends advanced chiropractic techniques with targeted soft tissue therapies, including Diversified adjustments, specific spinal correction, and ART (Active Release Technique)—a precise method used to break down scar tissue, one of the most common sources of chronic pain. His goal is simple and unwavering:

to help every patient move better, feel better, and return to a life of strength, purpose, and freedom.

Patients often describe Dr. Kreymer as someone who listens deeply, explains clearly, and makes them feel genuinely seen and supported. His own healing journey allows him to connect with patients in a way that feels authentic and reassuring. He understands what it’s like to be in pain—and he knows what it takes to rise out of it.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kreymer’s greatest joy comes from being a husband and a father. He and his wife, Kristin, are raising two young daughters who light up his world and remind him daily of God’s goodness. Fatherhood has shaped his perspective on health, purpose, and legacy—reinforcing his belief that children are a gift from God and that every parent deserves the strength and vitality to be fully present with the ones they love.

Dr. Kreymer is also an active member of Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, where he values community, service, and living out his faith in absolute gratitude.
